$500. Rent includes all utilities and washer/dryer use. 2 bathroom house. Pet friendly (with separate fee). Security deposit of $500 required. No smoking or drinking.

Must be okay with co-ed - currently one couple renting a single room with cat and dog, and a young man renting another room. Certain areas are being remodeled, but this does not prevent use of any space. The ages of the three individuals already living there are in their 20s.
